5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must first be met.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; once expired, the bonus will be considered void.

• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus with fraudulent intent, the account will be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The 7y77 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move up the tiers — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum.

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

• Suspicion of fraud or dishonesty.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Due to legal obligations.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All legitimate funds may be withdrawn before closure, though bonus-related conditions will still apply.
